How long does it take to deliver the goods?

I-V 8:30-17h If you receive a notification by SMS and email that your order is ready for collection, you can come and collect your goods the same day (except on public holidays and weekends).
Via DPD parcel service:
Deliveries are only available on weekdays between 8 am and 6 pm.
The courier will contact you by phone before delivery.
Contactless delivery. The recipient’s signature is replaced by a PIN code during delivery. The recipient will receive a 4-digit code by text message before delivery. When the courier arrives, the customer will be asked to provide the code, which will be scanned by a DPD Lietuva employee. However, if the recipient does not have a PIN code, the courier will need to show a valid ID document to keep within the distance.
You will only be able to pay for the goods at the time of delivery using bank cards. Couriers will temporarily not accept cash.
Shipments to self-isolated persons will be delivered in compliance with all security requirements. In order to avoid contact with the person in isolation, it will not be possible to pay by cash or bank card.In this case, we recommend that you direct your shipment to DPD Pickup points.
To DPD Pickup points.
Shipments are delivered only on working days, within 1-2 working days of dispatch from the MustBee warehouse, depending on the load of the post offices. Shipments are delivered by DPD courier to the selected Pickup point. Shipments can be collected from the address of the selected DPD Pickup point during their specified working hours. Pickup can be made by receiving the parcel PIN by SMS and entering it on the screen.
Via an Omniva mail terminal.
Shipments are delivered to self-service terminals within 1-2 working days of dispatch from the MustBee warehouse, depending on the load of the post offices (in the regions it may take up to 4 days).Shipments must be picked up within 7 calendar days of receiving an SMS notification of your delivery.

Returns
Returns and exchanges are governed by:
Government Resolution No 738 of 22 July 2014 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Lithuania, 2014, No 2014-10565) approves the rules on retail trade.
Civil Code.
– You can return the product if you received a faulty product, if you received something other than what you ordered, and in other cases provided by law.
– When a faulty product is returned, we are obliged to accept it and replace it with a similar product. If we do not have an equivalent product, we will refund the money you paid for the product.
– If the size of the item is not suitable, we can exchange it for another one, or refund the money you paid for the item if you return it back to us.
– Returns are at the buyers’ expense (unless you received a faulty product).
– Replacement of product models is at the buyers’ expense (unless you have received a faulty product).
– Returns or exchanges must be notified by email to [email protected]
Discount/Gift vouchers
Click on the link in the order information – “Have a discount code? Click here to enter the code” enter the discount code (be sure to click the “Apply” button). You will see the applied coupon discount immediately.
ATTENTION. If the price of the goods ordered is lower than the value of the voucher, the difference is non-refundable.

The cost of delivery via DPD courier service in the EU depends on the country and weight of the parcel.

How do I get a refund when I return an item?
Depends on how you purchase your goods.
For returns via post office, refunds will be issued when the goods are received within 14 days.
What if I receive the wrong product or a defective product?
