Shape
A symmetrical nipple encourages tongue positioning and a sucking technique where the tongue rests against the palate.

When it comes to the nipple, no size or shape is right or wrong as all babies are different. Babies have different preferences, different sucking styles and different oral anatomy.

Bibs Colour soothers are regularly tested by random sampling in a Danish consumer laboratory. They are produced in a child labour-free, controlled environment.

Storage – The soother should be stored dry and protected from dirt, e.g. in a cupboard or in its own case. It should be kept out of direct sunlight and heat as these can weaken the natural latex. Do not soak the soother in disinfectant or sterilising fluid as this may reduce its durability.

The glow function makes it easier for parents and babies alike to find soothers in the dark. This simple but extremely convenient feature reduces the frustration caused by parents searching for a soother in the middle of the night in complete darkness with a crying baby.

How to make the soother handle shine?
Simply hold the soother up to a light source at night and for 5 seconds (before bedtime) to activate the glow. The luminescent effect lasts about 8 hours.

Use: sterilise the soother by immersing it in boiling water before the first use. Water can enter the soother through the air hole – squeeze the soother to let the water out.
Clean and sterilise soothers daily. Do not use microwaves, detergents or dishwashers to sterilise them, as this damages the natural rubber. For safety and hygiene reasons, replace the soother every 4-6 weeks.
