PERIOD UNDERWEAR
Usage: Before first use, place the underwear in a laundry bag and wash in a washing machine at 30°C with similar colors. Washing activates the underwear’s super-absorbent properties. Do not tumble dry — let them air-dry in a well-ventilated area.
The underwear can be worn throughout the day. However, depending on the heaviness of the first period, it might be necessary to change them at some point during the day.
A small tip: It’s a good idea to try the underwear at home before your first period to get used to the feel and fit.
Care instructions: It’s strongly recommended to wash the underwear in a washing machine before first use — without fabric softener or stain remover.

To maintain durability:
– After each use, rinse the underwear in cold water to remove any blood from the absorbent layers (rinse until the water runs clear — do not use hot water, as it will set the blood into the fabric).
– Place the rinsed underwear in a laundry bag and machine wash with similar colors at up to 30°C.
– We recommend using a laundry bag to protect the underwear in the washing machine.
– Air-dry the underwear on a drying rack in a well-ventilated space or outdoors if possible.
– Do not use a tumble dryer or place them directly on a radiator, as this can damage the fabric fibers and reduce their absorbency.

INTIMATE CLEANSING FOAM
Purpose:
A gentle, daily-use cleansing foam for intimate hygiene.

Usage: In the shower, dispense 2 pumps of foam into your hands, cleanse the intimate area, rinse thoroughly with water, and gently pat dry with a towel.
