Care: Hand washing with neutral detergent is recommended. Do not tumble dry.
Use:
1. Spread the back strap and place it at the middle of the waist;
2. Put the left side of the belt around your waist, then take the right side and put it on the left side;
3. Pull both ends of the side straps at the same time and stretch as far as you want.
